By accessing and using the Prestige Limo Line website, you automatically agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Services:
   Prestige Limo Line offers transportation services, including limousine and car services. The services are subject to availability and may be subject to change or cancellation at any time.
2. Reservations:
   Reservations for services can be made through the Prestige Limo Line website or by phone. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Prestige Limo Line.
3. Hourly service policy:
   For hourly service, we could cater 20 km/per hour radius from the pick-up location. If you intend to have a long trip, you need to use our distance service.
4. Payment:
   Payment for services can be made through the Prestige Limo Line website or by phone. Payment methods include major credit cards and cash. Payment must be made in full before at time of booking.
5. Cancellation:
   Cancellation of services can be made through the Prestige Limo Line website or by phone. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service and the specific terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.
   If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time, you will be charged the full rate for all services; if you cancel more than 24 hours before the pickup time, PRESTIGE LIMO LINE will fully reimburse all expenses you have paid.
6. Changes:
   Changes to services can be made through the Prestige Limo Line website or by phone. Changes may be subject to additional fees and may be subject to availability.
7. Pet policy:
   Prestige Limo Line allows pets on board of all vehicles. A cage must be used If the animal weighs more than 20 pounds. Smaller pets should be on a leash or inside a case and should not be seated beside the chauffeur for safety.
8. Wait time:
   * Airport Transfers:
   Domestic Arrivals: after 30 minutes grace period elapsed, waiting time will apply.
   International Arrivals: after 60 minutes grace period elapsed, waiting time will apply.
   * Non-airport pickups: after a grace period of 15 minutes elapsed, waiting time will apply.
   * Waiting Time is $ 7.50 for every 5 minutes
9. No Shows
   No show fee will be equivalent to the trip cost. Additional wait time will be charged if you fail to show up at your pickup location. leaving the designated areas without attempting to contact our team is highly unrecommended.
10. Rules of condact:
    – Smoking is not permitted on the vehicle.
    – Any spill or damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will result in cleaning costs ranging from $100 to $300.
    – No alcohol is permitted on the vehicle.
    – No food or drink are permitted in the vehicle.
    – Prestige Limo Line assumes no responsibility for lost items or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
    – Prestige Limo Line chauffeur has the right to refuse service to any passenger for any type of gross misconduct
    – Please do note that some airports do not allow the chauffeurs to meet the passengers at the baggage claim area. Please let us know if you need a greeter for your trip to avoid any inconvenience.
11. Liability:
    Prestige Limo Line is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of its services. Customers are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
12. Privacy:
    Prestige Limo Line collects and processes personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found on the Prestige Limo Line website.
13. Intellectual Property:
    The Prestige Limo Line website and its contents are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Prestige Limo Line website without the express written consent of Prestige Limo Line.
14. Governing Law:
    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Massachusetts. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Massachusetts.
